By using TradeFlow Journal, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeFlow Journal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

TradeFlow Journal is a personal trade journaling tool. You may use it to log, analyse, and review your own trading activity. You may not use the service to: violate any laws; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malicious code; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We cannot be held liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your Data

You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over content you submit to TradeFlow Journal. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

TradeFlow Journal is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing in the service constitutes financial advice. We make no representations about the suitability of any trading strategy identified by our analytics. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFlow Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
