By accessing or using TradeFlow Journal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
TradeFlow Journal is a personal trade journaling and analytics tool. You may use it to log, analyse, and review your own trading activity. You may not use the service to:
— Violate any applicable laws or regulations
— Infringe any intellectual property rights
— Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
— Attempt unauthorised access to any systems or accounts
— Resell or redistribute the service without written consent
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We cannot be held liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple's refund policies for in-app purchases.
If you subscribe through Apple's App Store, your subscription is managed and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store Settings under your Apple ID. We do not have access to your Apple ID billing information and do not process App Store payments directly. Any billing disputes for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice and will take effect at your next renewal date.
You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you submit to TradeFlow Journal. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely to provide and improve the service for you.
TradeFlow Journal is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing in the service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We make no representations about the suitability of any trading strategy identified by our analytics. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trade at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeFlow Journal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the service, and limited technical information necessary to operate TradeFlow Journal.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and an encrypted password. We never store passwords in plain text.
All trade journal entries, notes, tags, screenshots, and performance data you log are stored encrypted at rest. This data belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models beyond features explicitly provided to you within TradeFlow.
We collect anonymised usage telemetry (e.g. which features are used, session duration) to improve the product. This data is aggregated and cannot be linked back to individual users.
We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, and crash reports to diagnose bugs and improve stability. This data is not used for advertising.
If you grant permission for push notifications, we collect your device's notification token solely to send you account alerts, trade reminders, and service updates you have requested. You may withdraw notification permission at any time in your device settings. Notification tokens are never shared with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
We use collected information solely to:
— Provide, maintain, and improve the TradeFlow Journal service
— Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account alerts)
— Send optional product update communications (you may opt out at any time)
— Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraudulent activity
We never sell your personal data. We never use your trade journal data for advertising. We never share your data with data brokers.
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States (AWS us-east-1). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We perform daily encrypted backups retained for 30 days. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by applicable law (e.g. billing records).
You have the right to:
— Access all personal data we hold about you
— Export your complete trade history in CSV format at any time
— Request correction of inaccurate data
— Request deletion of your account and all associated data
— Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

We use a limited number of third-party service providers (e.g. payment processors, cloud infrastructure) necessary to operate the service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not share data with analytics or advertising networks.
TradeFlow Journal is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management only. We use no advertising cookies and do not track users across third-party websites.
We do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes and do not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. The date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
